We are an Independent Fundamental Baptist Church that focuses on the Word of God. We seek to be a church that will show forth HIS praises as we look up and reach out to those in need. In all of our ministries we seek to exalt the Lord Jesus and strengthen believers in the faith by loving, giving, praying, and going.

Locally or worldwide we must reach others with the Gospel. We must seek daily to be a witness for Christ, and we must prepare weekly our heart to give so that missionaries all over the world can share the "Good News".

Calvary Christian School

Reverend Gene Turner's (founder of CCS) vision of a quality Christian school as a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church became a reality in August of 1973 when Calvary Christian School opened its doors to a handful of kindergarten students. By 1995, the school had grown to include infants through eighth grade. A high school was added in 1996-97. Pastor Nathan Thomas and the staff of CCS have a burden to lead children and youth to Christ and see them flourish in life with a solid foundation in the Lord. It is our mission at CCS to teach the students the importance of "Servant Leadership" while providing quality, affordable Christian education. It is with great excitement and expectation that we look forward to the future.

Bus Ministry

The Lord has used CBC Bus Ministry to minister to many souls. This ministry began 45 years ago, and the Lord is still using this outreach in our community. We have two buses that serve in Sunday morning pick up for Sunday School and Junior Church. Our bus workers and teachers faithfully serve and love to share the Good News of Christ’s salvation with all ages. We would love for you to ride and visit with us!
